You will want to download the rebate form fast because it won’t hang around for long and is only available to you the first time you view it so save it! The Theraflu must be purchased between 12/19/11 and 3/31/12 and it seems coupons can’t be used with it as the fine print says it cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon or discount.
